Old Dutch Brand Ale, USBC 176-2 the area in which i circled got a hit from the black light. Note the two small spots,  it looks like nobody was trying to hide anything, that is why I am suspicious if its just a weak paint area? I am going to price this can right!  Old Dutch Brewing Co.
